Wines to serve with chicken
The perfect complement to any meal is wine, and chicken is no
exception. White wines are served most often with chicken and should
always be chilled before serving. During hot weather, they should be
presented to the table in an ice buckets or a wine cooler in order to
maintain the perfect temperature.

Fruity wines such as sauvignon blanc or moselle are excellent
accompaniments for cold chicken dishes as well as some chilled light
rose’ wines. While warm flavorful chicken dishes might call for more
mature wines such as cardonnays, or gewurtztraminer from Australia, or
Italian frascati, or reislings from Germany, Beaujolais style wines are
excellent partners for with pan-fried or barbecued chicken, and
champagnes and other sparkling wines go quite well with creamy chicken
entres.
